~Glittery Pink From Heaven~

Catch a little snowflake
As it falls out in the air,

Look real fast
Cause it won’t last

Each one is truly rare.

I caught one of these gems today
It’s color was the most outstanding,

I thought ALL were white,
Glittery and bright….

But guess what I saw upon it’s landing?

Pink!

Oh yes… it is true
Imagine if you dare.

I wouldn’t have believed it
if I didn’t see it
Falling from the air.

I watched it glitter
I watched it move
Right before my eyes,

I captured in my own minds eye,
Its color shape and size.

No one will ever believe me
This gem I saw today,

So I captured it in art just now,
Grandma taught me to crochet.

This glittery snowflake from heaven
Intricate lacy and pink,

Is the rarest of the rare snowflakes…..

So NOW....
